In 2001, I founded the Concorso Internazionale Musica Sacra in Rome - at the time, the first and only competition in Europe dedicated to the solo sacred repertoire for young singers.

Over 25 years as Artistic Director, I listened to and evaluated more than 2,000 singers, sitting on the other side of the table alongside some of the most influential managers in the field.

I learned how the system actually works:

- the real selection dynamics,

- the criteria that genuinely matter,

- the decisions that build or break a career over time.

I watched exceptionally prepared singers stall.

Not for lack of voice, but for lack of strategic tools.

To each of them I gave a substantial scholarship, visibility across television, radio, web and press, a concrete opportunity to perform in prestigious settings, and - when needed - a fresh perspective: a repertoire shift, a new direction, an outside view of their professional path.
